The equipment is universally equipped with parameter memory, automatic adjustment and remote monitoring capabilities, enabling swift switching between processing operations for different product specifications—such as macadamia nuts of varying sizes or walnut kernels of different varieties—to flexibly respond to diverse market demands.
We have replaced strong alkali soaking with purely physical opening, laborious manual sorting with intelligent colour sorting, and experience-dependent manual stirring with automated CNC stirring.
