Yunnan Shanshui Walnut Industry Development Co., Ltd. was established in 2018 with a registered capital of 12 million yuan. Based in Fengqing County, Lincang City, Yunnan Province, the company specialises in the cultivation, production and sale of walnut and macadamia nut products.

The company currently operates three processing sites with an annual capacity of 800 tonnes for macadamia and walnut rough processing, alongside two additional sites processing 400 tonnes annually. It owns over 20,000 mu (approximately 3,300 acres) of walnut plantations and more than 8,000 mu (approximately 1,300 acres) of macadamia plantations.

The industrial park features two standardised factory buildings with an annual production capacity of 5,000 tonnes for walnut products and 3,000 tonnes for macadamia products. The company currently employs 31 permanent staff and over 100 seasonal workers. The company obtained its Food Production Licence, Export Food Production Enterprise Filing, and Import/Export Consignee Filing in 2022.

It completed ISO 22000 Quality Management System certification in 2023 and secured organic walnut and organic walnut kernel processing certification in 2024. The company comprises the following subsidiaries: Yunnan Lirennmei International Trading Co., Ltd., specialising in import and export operations; Fengqing County Hongcheng Modern Agricultural Development Co., Ltd., dedicated to walnut and macadamia cultivation and development; Fengqing Longwang Food Co., Ltd., responsible for primary processing of walnuts and macadamias; Fengqing County Shanshui Tiantian Technology Co., Ltd., managing e-commerce and online business operations.

Since commencing export operations in 2022, the company has generated over US$3 million in foreign exchange earnings, with annual sales exceeding RMB 30 million in 2023. The ‘Lirunmei’ brand products launched by the company have gained strong recognition from domestic and international distributors.

Our high-efficiency intelligent macadamia nut cracking machine employs advanced physical pressure differential principles. By creating instantaneous pressure changes, it causes the nut shell to split naturally, avoiding damage to the kernel caused by traditional chemical or crude mechanical methods. This perfectly preserves the nut's inherent nutrition and flavour.

The equipment integrates an intelligent grading and adaptive adjustment system, automatically recognising and adjusting processing parameters for nuts of varying sizes. This ensures uniform, aesthetically pleasing crack sizes and exceptionally high kernel integrity.

 

Its standalone production capacity reaches 400-500 kilograms per hour, providing robust assurance for large-scale, standardised production. Additionally, we offer a high-efficiency nut shelling and kernel extraction machine. The core of this equipment lies in its precision-engineered dual-shelling roller structure. Through relative rotation, it generates uniform compressive force, effectively cracking the hard outer shell while maximising protection of the internal kernel's integrity.

 

The entire shelling and preliminary kernel separation process is automated, significantly reducing manual labour intensity and kernel damage rates. This is a crucial step in enhancing whole kernel yield and ensuring subsequent processing quality. • Multispectral Intelligent Walnut Kernel Colour Sorter: In the field of kernel sorting, we have introduced an intelligent colour sorter equipped with multispectral recognition and deep learning technology.

 

This goes beyond simple colour sorting, employing multi-dimensional sensing across visible light, infrared, and even X-ray spectrums to precisely identify mouldy kernels, damaged nuts, seed coat residues, and harmful contaminants such as glass, plastic, and stones.

 

Its core ‘magnetic levitation spray valve’ technology achieves ultra-high-speed precision removal at up to 1,200 cycles per second. This significantly enhances sorting efficiency while minimising the loss of premium kernels, ensuring the purity and safety of walnut kernels leaving our facility meet the highest standards. Fully Automated Amber Walnut Kernel Sugar-Coating Machine (To produce sweet, crispy amber walnut kernels, we employ a fully automated CNC sugar-coating machine.

 

This equipment utilises electromagnetic heating or uniform drum heating technology, coupled with an intelligent temperature control system, to precisely replicate the optimal syrup boiling and coating process curve. The automated stirring system ensures each kernel receives uniform sugar coating and consistent heating, resulting in a lustrous amber finish with even sugar thickness and a sweet yet non-cloying taste.
